General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal period – the period during which the consumer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract;

Consumer – a natural person who is not engaged in business activity and who concludes a distance contract;

Day – a calendar day;

Long-term contract – a distance contract covering the delivery of goods or services spread over time;

Durable medium – a tool enabling data to be stored in an accessible and unalterable manner;

Right of withdrawal – the consumer's right to cancel the contract within the period specified in the terms and conditions;

Trader – a natural or legal person offering goods/services at a distance;

Distance contract – a contract concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties;

General terms and conditions – this document specifying the terms and conditions of sale.

Article 3 – Application
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded with a consumer.

Before concluding the contract, the consumer receives these terms and conditions or has the option to easily download and save them.

In the event of a conflict with individual terms and conditions, the provision most favourable to the consumer shall apply.

Article 4 – Offer
Each offer shall contain a clear and accurate description of the product or service offered.

The offer shall include information on:

the price excluding duties, VAT or customs charges;

the fact that all orders are shipped from China;

the absence of customs clearance or importation by the online shop in the EU;

the average delivery time of 5–10 working days;

the withdrawal procedure, payment method and delivery.

Article 5 – Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and the trader confirms it.

After placing an order, the consumer receives an electronic confirmation.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal from the contract should be notified by email or in writing.

In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, the full amount will be refunded. The product is not returnable – the consumer may keep it.

In the event of a complaint or dissatisfaction, the trader may offer a partial refund (percentage of the value). The consumer has the right to accept the offer or exercise their full right to withdraw from the contract.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds
The shop does not accept physical returns. The consumer does not return the product, even after cancellation or complaint.

Returns sent to the registered office address will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds (partial or full) will be made within 14 working days to the same account from which the payment was made.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

made to order or personalised;

opened or tampered with for hygiene reasons;

perishable or with a limited shelf life.

Article 9 – Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and do not include VAT, customs duties or other import charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on the trader.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The goods must be in conformity with the contract and the description.

The warranty does not apply in the event of:

damage caused by the user;

independent repairs;

improper use.

Article 11 – Delivery and Fulfilment
The trader shall make every effort to fulfil the order in accordance with the terms and conditions.

All shipments are sent directly from China. The trader does not maintain a warehouse in the EU and does not import goods.

The average delivery time is 5–10 working days and depends on the location, customs services and carriers.

The risk associated with the shipment (delays, loss, damage) is transferred to the consumer at the time of shipment.

Article 12 – Duration and termination of the contract
Contracts for an indefinite period may be terminated at any time with one month's notice.

Fixed-term contracts expire automatically at the end of the term.

Article 13 – Payment
Payment shall be made within 7 days of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of non-payment, the trader may charge statutory interest and collection costs.

Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product, by email or in writing.

The trader will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

Article 15 – Applicable law
All contracts are governed exclusively by Polish law, regardless of the consumer's country of residence.

Artykuł 16 – Wysyłka międzynarodowa, cło i podatki

  1. Wszystkie zamówienia są wysyłane bezpośrednio z Chin. Przesyłka realizowana jest przez zewnętrznego dostawcę.

  2. Sklep nie realizuje importu towarów do Polski ani innych krajów UE. Konsument jest odpowiedzialny za odprawę celną we własnym kraju.

  3. Konsument jest w pełni odpowiedzialny za opłacenie należności celnych, podatku VAT oraz innych opłat celnych wymaganych przez organy celne lub przewoźnika.

  4. W przypadku nieopłacenia tych opłat i zatrzymania, zwrotu lub zniszczenia przesyłki, przedsiębiorca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności. Zwrot pieniędzy w takich przypadkach nie przysługuje.

  5. Ewentualne opóźnienia, kontrole celne i dodatkowe koszty są w całości na ryzyko i koszt konsumenta.

  6. Składając zamówienie, konsument potwierdza, że:

    • zapoznał się z regulaminem;

    • wie, że przesyłka pochodzi z Chin;

    • akceptuje wszelkie ryzyka i koszty z tym związane.
